Making some improvements to the exterior but the apartments are still old and rent is not that cheap.|Recommended: NoWhen you run into a problem don't expect any help. Always miscommunication when you speak with someone in the office and maintenance takes days to come fix anything then its not fixed correctly. Plus now they have added the Valet Trash charge and no one in my building hardly uses it as we have dumpsters right outside. Anything to make that extra dollar

I really like the location and the staff at the front desk |Recommended: YesI really enjoy it Getting repairs is a little slow at times, but that's okay. If it's an emergency they are here quickly. For parking it can be hard to get a spot if you work late like I do, but I just got a reserved spot and haven't had a problem since.

Cheap and big bedroom. thats about the only thing it has going for it. |Recommended: Nowhen there are no issues its actually decent. However whenever there is an issue get ready for a battle to get anything done.

Terrible living conditions! |Recommended: NoIve lived here 2yrs now. At move in i filled out a for with all the issues that was discovered in the 1st day. These things have yet to be addressed or fixed. When it rains, it rains in my bedroom. Almost 2 wks ago i put in a work order to fix my AC unit. Ive called everyday and on the 5th day i finally talked to someone in the office and they said the order was never put in even though I handed it directly to Office staff. That person assured me that she was personally putting the work order in. It still hasn't been completed. Its is very uncomfortable living in my apartment. I would rather be outside because its cooler than my house. I sincerely regret resigning my lease. That will not happen again. I thought it was such a beautiful place. I think people should see the unit they are moving into instead of a model home. I will definitely be moving out at the end of my lease. Maybe sooner if i can't get any AC. The new ppl are no better than the old. They are just putting pink lipstick and a wig on a pig

An OK place to live|Recommended: YesThe staff is excellent, the landscaping and maintenance is good, although you can hear every single sound your neighbor make.

Unhappy.|Recommended: NoThere are a few minor complaints that I have -- There are so few washers & dryers (2) in the laundry room that only one person can use it at a time so you may have to wait a day or two before you can squeeze in an opening. Plus, there are no coin/change machines in there so I have to keep going to the bank to get rolls of quarters. Also, there aren t many parking spaces so if you get home later than 7pm, expect to do some walking to your apt. My biggest complaint is from yesterday though. My ceiling started leaking (almost pouring) because of water damage from my upstairs neighbor, Water poured first from my smoke alarm then from my A/C vent until the middle of my ceiling collapsed. I called the 24 emergency maintenance line at 11:30 AM, long before my ceiling caved in. They said to expect a call from maintenance shortly. After not hearing back from anybody I waited until 1:00 when the office opened and told the lady there about the leak. I still didn t hear back from anybody until about 2:30, after my neighbor had gone in and talked to the manager. I asked the manager what my options were until they can fix my place since half of my ceiling was dangling down and the rest may fall down too. They basically just told me to move my bed, which is impossible in a studio apartment, and just hold tight a couple of days. I feel like they aren t concerned about their tenants safety or happiness.

The worst apartments I ve ever lived in|Recommended: NoIt s terrible. Piss poor and unprofessional office workers. Very slow to getting around to getting things in to be fixed. Lying about fees and lost packages. Manager refusing to talk to me and refusing to give corporate number. Bad attitudes, very unpleasant. Had roaches when we moved in and it took them forever to exterminate them. They all but told us to just deal with it! And they just did a terrible new paint job and used a company in which workers were throwint things off the balcony, endangering people. Just terrible to live here.
