Dirty, dingy, falling apart, poorly insulated, over priced for quality.submitted by Rachel C. - |Recommended: NoI hate it here. Total bait and switch. The quality of the model far surpasses the actual units. Not allowed to see unit before move-in. It was and is falling apart. I swear these contractors were blind. Maintenance is essentially incompetent, having to come out several times for the same job. The units are poorly insulated and until it's bills are insane! We moved here to save money. We knew we were sacrificing a little* in quality for the amount of space in the unit. Turns out we were sacrificing a LOT. For what we end up paying after the insane utilities, we could be living in a much much nicer place. ZERO stars if possible. Can't wait to move.

An ok place to live.submitted by Joe K. - |Recommended: YesStaff changes out pretty regularly. Right when you think you are getting assistance. The person you were talking to no longer works there anymore. They are very courteous though, I'll give em' that. The maintenance is prompt, but they sometimes have to be called out several times for the same issue. They don't call you ahead of time or call to get your version of the issue. They just go in, fix what they think is the problem, then leave and close the ticket out. The SMS feature has only ever worked 1 time for me. It's worthless anyways. I was already home and cooking dinner when I got the SMS that the job had been finished at Noon that day. Maintenance needs work and staff needs to stick around longer. As far as the complex. It's usually clean and humble.

I love the maintenace staff. I hate my loud neighbors.submitted by Christina F. - |Recommended: YesThe maintenance staff is great. The fix everything in a timely manner and do a great job. They are far better than any other apartment I have ever lived in. The apartment is old and the insulation is nonexistent. They are horribly inefficient, but that's because of their age. The walls, ceilings, floors, and windows are very thin and do very little for noise and weather. My neighbors are filthy and loud. I have started finding bugs in my very clean apartment since they moved in. They are constantly and always noisy. With good neighbors, like the ones who lived here before, this would be an amazing apartment. With bad neighbors its below average.

Good location, but I'm having some issues about maintenance. I sent maintenance request and take too long or nobody say anything.submitted by Seviany C. - |Recommended: NoI like because for the location but we can see trash, dogs/cats poops everywhere it's embarrassing and nasty. Someone hit my car and run away. No cameras or lights in the parking in lot (I already requested but I never received answer from the office). I sent request for air filter cleaning they came but didn't well, and had paint for everywhere and on my furniture too.

Maintenance works diligently to pick up dog and cat waste throughout the community. We do change our filters when the apartment is prepared for a new resident but we also have them in the office for your convenience. One one I would like to make is for your online site to define the terms and or items for which are being charged. When paying the fee associated with my rent I pay the exact amount only to find a week later there is another charge which is not rent that is applied. In the invoicing system the fee is called rent. A proper label or description of what is being charged would be nice. I find it very annoying .

I like my neighbor that is always paying attention to what goes on in neighborhood. Keeps me informed. It's like having a neighborhood watch. Especially when you are new.

The office and maintenance staff are generally friendly. With the exception of one neighbor who used to live here, most everyone is quiet and friendly.
